Also don't forget Dredd's tribute to Zelazny's Damnation Alley: The Cursed Earth saga (or something).

Good stuff, keep em coming.

Are there any stories where things with psi-division get serious ? Normally Judges with such abilities should be the most feared and hated even among Judges, or especially among Judges, since they should obviously run internal affairs.

Half and half. I'll post some Psi Div stuff after the dark judges are done and over with.

Judge Death is harder to get rid of than the common Cold. Which is a shame, because he's not really a very interesting character.

Few of Dredd's villains tend to be, and the interesting ones rarely last more than a single arc.

Judge Death's fun comes from the hilarious comments when he's mass-murdering unaware civilians.

"Ronald Reagan's Block for the aged and infirm, where insomniac welfare vets while away their empty hours in arcades" = Codex in a nutshell.

Yeah, I laff each time at his "GREETINGS! :B ". Also: "Murderer!", "Flattery will get you nowhere, lawbreaker!"

I think it's a bit of a shame that Fire and Fear gets shoved into the background whilst the writers focus almost entirely on Death and Mortis... but ah well.

True.
It's too bad in general that the Dark Judges aren't really compelling characters themselves.
These guys have existed for how long? They should be deeper or... something.
