Just a few questions I cant seem to figure out:

1. How can my Herbalist make potions?

2. How do you use lockpicks?

3. Do keys automatically unlock doors? (right click door select open?)

er, right now, no potions can be made outside a few scripted events

You should just be able to put them in hand.

yes, keys do automatically unlock doors.
