Got rid of Adblock Plus and installed uBlock Origin. Solved it for me.

Honestly, I tolerated ads until they got fucking out of hand everywhere and started to actively disrupt my actions instead of just flash in the background or something.
I can't certainly browse without an adblock nowadays.
So, is this how it's gonna be from now on?

My suspicion is it's something with the ads on YouTube's end, as it seems to only happen in threads with YouTube videos.

And yeah, only with AdBlock enabled. Maybe add a Youtube exemption to AdBlock?

Me too forums run very slow if at all. However when I turn off the wi fi on my phone and use LTE it works great but that's the only time. On the pc it's bad.

I'm using ublock origin, but even disabling it causes the site to still run slowly. This is the only site as far as I can tell that has problems loading webpages and stuff. It began only two days ago.

No the site hasn't gotten better. I'm getting connection errors like my connection is being throttled or something. Pages just continually try to load to no avail. Oddly enough when I used an EU proxy for a little while it worked fine except the proxy disabled all embeds and loads web pages a lot slower, but it still loaded them. Here I open pages and I get connection timeouts, or the page will be blank and it will say connecting... or waiting for rpgcodex.net.. at the bottom left corner of screen. It's more noticeable when you try to load multiple tabs at same time.

I'm on Windows 7 Home 64 bit and Chrome. Same problems on IE as well. I don't have Firefox.

Do you live near Florida? Who is your ISP? Mine is Comcast. Wonder if they are throttling the website, or if there is some sort of connection interference between the server the Codex is on and my computer.

Pacific northwest, also Comcast. Not sure who my ISP is at work, that may be the reason I can connect easily here.

Taluntain Where is the server located? Is it possible that Comcast is having difficulty connecting to it from the US? Or is it possible RPGCodex is being throttled by Comcast for being a hate site or some other BS reason?
