That one is at least bit better than XIII. I wonder if port will be any better this time.

"Final Fantasy XIII-2 arrives on Steam December 11, complete with support for 60 frames-per-second and variable display resolutions. The second game in the trilogy is now available for preorder at $17.99. Square Enix has also announced plans to patch support for multiple resolutions into last month's PC release of Final Fantasy XIII in December as well. Previously the game was locked at 720p without player-made mods."

Better later than never.

It should be out today.

Today depends on your location. It's still 22 hours until unlock. 17.9 GB, and there isn't that FF XIII patch yet.

3 hours to unlock.

And then it would be a while before they would have time to make crack. Seriously, considering how many games are released now 3DM is seriously overworked.

I really want to play this, but I probably won't have the time to until mid-January at least. At this point maybe I should just wait for Lightning Returns too, so I can play them together.

Yeah, but it's very rare... only happens in those CINEMATIC ACTION fights and when you deliver the killing blow on a boss.

Ok so to round it up:
- framerate is bad
- all screen resolutions are steched 720p
- and it seems that story DLC is missing

Somone should commit seppuku for this, Dark Souls 1 port looks like masterpiece comparing to this

Dark souls doesn't allow to change resolution AT ALL.
