I was listening to a lot of Mongol history lately (Dan Carlin) and thought I'd play some nomads in a Paradox game. I've played quite a bit of CKII and EUIII Magna Mundi but never EU4. Which is more thematic/mechanically interesting for playing nomads?

CK2 would probably be better just because it has more character-focused stuff in it, and managing a horde irl was probably all about your personal relationships.
