Don't remember making some ratings I see I've made

A few times previously I see that I have made ratings I don't remember making. It could be that because I browse on mobile sometimes my fingers just press a rating and I don't notice it but apparently thesoup at least has seen the same thing?

That thing with wyrmlord was perhaps a rating misclick, or maybe I just completely forgot why I rated it that way. I rarely rate by accident and I notice and undo the rating when I do. I do tap the wrong rating on my phone very often though, but I notice and fix that 99% of the time.
