I believe they gave him the choice if he wanted to play since he put in around $4000 of his own money towards their fundraiser.

They were mostly laughing, and Swen said "why did I take this one?", but then he said he never thought about it and that their gender is not really defined. Not sure if he gave a clear yes or no since I was laughing too hard.
