Card Collecting game about demons: http://www.kongregate.com/games/Spicyhorse/the-gate

Like every other f2p CC game it's all about getting microtransactions out of you. That said it's the least obnoxious game in that regard that I've played so far. It's still about grinding, farming and upgrading.
I've been playing it for two days and upgrading my toons is still fun...

If you try it out, you could use/redeem this Invitation Code: 42KKQM37 ;)

Summary and gameplay-tips:

You use 4 minions (represented by cards) to fight through stages. During fights you find random, common cards. At the end of stages you've got boss battles.
Your minions can be upgraded (levelled up) by sacrificing cards. You should choose rare cards for upgrading and common ones for sacrificing. If you combine two cards of the same minion you can evolve that minion, unlocking more power. Cards should only be evolved once they've reached max level. Evolving unlocks additional levels. The rarer the cards the more evolutions are possible. But this also means you need more copies of these cards. This is the trap for MT *rolleyes*
The game rewards you repeatedly with the same copy of one rare card, so at least one "max level" card is not much of a problem (and you shouldn't sacrifice this).
You also get rewarded for unlocking card collections. Getting the card once is enough to unlock it. You're not required to keep it. Each evolution of a card goes into a separate collection. Keep this in mind before sacrificing semi-rare stuff that you haven't evolved. (I made that mistake). Of course, here only the evolution matters, not the level/power.

There's more stuff, but the tutorial is quite clear about this.

Bush Game: relive history with this visceral action game.

Pyongyang Racer: another highly entertaining and educational title. This stunningly beautiful 3D race game is fully playable in your browser, I can't wait to try this one with the DK2.

Party Hard is a game similar to Hotline Miami. Sure the graphics are worse and overall it is more simplified but both games share the core gameplay.
You are some dude and your goal is to kill all people during a party night.

Good thread, I have been playing mostly flash games for a while now. Will see later if something that I think is good was missed here.

Okay, went over this thread, I might repeat some already mentioned games because my memory isn't as good as its used to be.

http://www.kongregate.com/games/Coolio_Niato/light-bot - programming game, if you like it there is whole series of it.

http://www.kongregate.com/games/EntForge/epic-boss-fighter - arcade game where you basically fight only bosses, second part just came out but I haven't played it yet.

http://www.kongregate.com/games/BeardshakerGames/nonosparks-genesis and http://www.kongregate.com/games/MoonberryStudios/picma-picture-enigmas - coloring puzzles (nonograms), nothing really fancy about the but if you like such puzzles then they are good enough, I think.

http://www.kongregate.com/accounts/TheGameKitchen - The Last Door adventure games, art and music is really well done, but gameplay is a bit lacking imo, especially in first episode.

If you liked Company of Myself, then you probably should try this: http://www.kongregate.com/games/2DArray/fixation a prequel by same guys, a bit weaker than Company of Myself but still solid.

http://www.kongregate.com/games/scriptwelder/deep-sleep - adventure game, there are two sequels (deeper sleep and deepest sleep), if you play this at night you might be reluctant to sleep.

http://www.kongregate.com/games/kurechii/the-kings-league-odyssey - kinda strategy game where you build up your party for tournaments and stuff.

http://www.kongregate.com/games/Kajenx/the-everloom - done by same guy who did William and Sly, so music alone is worth to play this.

http://www.kongregate.com/games/JuicyBeast/knightmare-tower - probably my favorite launcher game since it gives you way more control than most other games of its genre.

http://www.kongregate.com/games/fastgames/little-wheel - 5minutes artfag game, I enjoyed it, others might too.

http://www.kongregate.com/games/ArmorGames/upgrade-complete - basically a parody of all upgrade games.

http://www.kongregate.com/accounts/whiteboardwar - Creeper series, kinda unique strategy/tower defense series. My favorite one is Evermore since it generates new random map each day without any story nonsenses.

http://www.kongregate.com/accounts/garin - Monster Den series, long turn based dungeon crawlers.

http://www.kongregate.com/games/FliplineStudios/jacksmith - Play as blacksmith who forges equipment for local heroes going on quests.

http://www.kongregate.com/games/urbansquall/battalion-nemesis - One of the Battalion games, basically Advanced Wars clones.

http://www.kongregate.com/games/IriySoft/takeover - strategy game, haven't played much of it but looks promising.

http://www.kongregate.com/games/platon_skedow/royal-warfare - same as above.

http://www.kongregate.com/games/Hamumu/robot-wants-kitty - Metroid/Castlevania type series.

http://www.kongregate.com/games/Megabyteceer/flashs-bounty - Kinda like Kings Bounty, but haven't played much of it yet.

http://www.kongregate.com/games/SproingGames/asterix-friends - F2P strategy game with energy system, but I kinda like it since it, so far, doesn't have any "limited time event, buy now (or play 24/7) to get newest stuff or get fucked" deals.

Okay, some extra shit:

Continuity:
http://www.kongregate.com/games/glimajr/continuity - puzzle platformer. It has intereting idea of sliding screens to make paths for you to go and nice sounds. But I found controls rather lacking and level design shit. Its also tedious when you need to rotate screens multiple times. There is also a sequel on shitphones https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/continuity-2-continuation/id432555999?mt=8 maybe it plays better on it.

Shift series:
http://www.kongregate.com/games/ArmorGames/shift - there are 4 parts in total. Another puzzle platformer where you basically shift your position and try to get out. With each new part (or sequel if you want) more complexities are added which naturally increases difficulty. Personally I think Shift 3 is the best one, additionally it has some preselected user made levels and some of them are very cool. For my taste fourth part adds too much shit with multiple controllable characters and preselected user levels aren't as cool.

Kingdoms Rush:
Yes, probably everyone played it already who gives 2 shits about Flash games, anyway I'm not sure if sequel's and clones were mentioned.
http://www.kongregate.com/games/Ironhidegames/kingdom-rush-frontiers - sequel by same guys, basically more of the same but I found it rather annoying since it didn't fix ANY flaws of the original, like the lack of fucking speed up function. I also feel like it focuses a bit too much on heroes and special events than on actual tower building and blasting shit with them.
http://www.kongregate.com/games/StormAlligator/demons-vs-fairyland - basically a clone of Kingdoms Rush, nothing special but if I'm not mistaken tower placement is slightly more strategic since you need to build barracks before building towers, or something. I suspect its shit.
http://www.kongregate.com/games/booblycCom/incursion - another clone, this one feels a bit better, it also puts more units on the map, not only soldiers that block enemies. You can also mix soldiers from what I remember. There is also a sequel to it.
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/kingdom-rush-origins-hd/id904737541?mt=8&ign-mpt=uo=4 - second sequel to Kingdoms Rush, sadly only on phones. Probably more of the same, again.
Original is also available on Steam if someone wants to pay money for it.

Sky Island:
http://www.kongregate.com/games/Neutronized/sky-island - puzzle platformer with a twist, basically 3D game in 2D environment where you need to change your position in order to see other parts of the object. Towards the end it can get rather annoying but I don't remember any other game doing something similar so its an interesting experience.

Morningstar:
http://www.kongregate.com/games/RedHerringLabs/morningstar - this was mentioned earlier in the thread if I'm not mistaken, but I bring it up since a "remake" with added content and better production values was released recently - http://www.postudios.com/company/games/morningstar/index.php

Sushi Cat 2:
http://www.kongregate.com/games/ArmorGames/sushi-cat-2 - you like sushi and cats? Play this game and shut up.

Alice is Dead:
http://www.kongregate.com/games/ImpendingRiot/alice-is-dead-ep-1 - three parts adventure game. Third part seams to be coded badly and has noticeable lag. I like it because its basically a reimagining of well known tale, it can get creepy at times too. It seams that were was supposed to be a fourth part, but sadly it wasn't made, for some reasons.

Hood:
http://www.kongregate.com/games/Hyptosis/hood-episode-1 - another reimagining by same guy as Alice is Dead. Same as above basically, main attraction is a spin on a tale that everyone knows.

Surprised nobody mentioned Elona Shooter: http://www.kongregate.com/games/noanoa/elona-shooter?acomplete=elona

Basically a castle defense type game, for anyone who remembers the old genre of clicking on a billion guys trying to storm your castle to squish them dead. But instead of squishing them, you shoot them with guns, you have a few allies to help, and lots of nice little rpg elements that flesh things out, like building up your town, selecting perks, and customizing your equipment and allies.
