Solid cRPG developers should pay special taxes, because their products hurt the economy. I bought two copies of AoD and spent more than two hundred hours playing it. This is basically forced labor and shit. Vault Dweller forced me to invest my time and energy on this, instead of doing real adult stuff. The best policy in such cases is obviously more taxes to compensate for the huge social cost of this addictive enterprise.

Probably not. People like mindless probably have 1000 hours on this thing. I have almost 300, but I don't have all the achievements and I don't try many builds and stuff. I'm waiting for the last patch.

I don't know whether or not you're still looking for interesting firearms, but this could work well. It's fairly quiet and probably too weak to penetrate the ship's hull.
