Well i dunno, problem seems to be as soon as someone is on their phone, laptops etc using the wifi it slows down if not stops completely on my side. Fucking life cockteasing me with playing EUIV with bros one match and then takes it away.

It all started back 'round 1450, I reckon. The Polacks were generally amiable and kept to their own until this time. Then their King got an idea in his head that the Empire could use an extra member. So he just upped and declared himself a prince of the Empire.
Now, the Emperor in Vienna wasn't too happy about this new way of dealing. He was already in a rut with his failure to capture the jewels of Bohemia and Hungary so anything was liable to put him in a bad mood.
The Polish King then had this grand idea to pay a visit to Silesia, on the eastern border. Turns out this was to be a permanent vacation for the young monarch. On learning of the Polack's intentions, the Emperor broke off all relations and warned him that the next province he visits will be returned in kind with Imperial soldiers in Krakow.
For a decade things seemed to be quiet while the Emperor focused on Italy. There were some provinces down that ways thinking to overthrow their King and make some thing called a Republic. A few thousand soldiers ended that charade.
Then came the bang. Poland thought the lands of the Teutonic Order would make a good place for their King to reside in the summer. The Emperor wasn't too worried about it since it was not in the Empire, but something else caught his eye. The Polack allied himself with England and France!
The Emperor had enough. Enemies were jumping outta the woodworks and had no intentions of being friendly. He went to look for help. The Castilians were exhausted from being whipped by France so didn't want any more licking. The Norwegians were too busy hiding in the sand to stand up to the bullies. Then he looked South...and found the Ottoman Sultan itching for a fight.
The deal was simple. The Emperor would allow the Tyrant Moldavia in exchange for bringing the Polack down to the ground. There was no territorial changes needed. Just a message that the Empire was not going to be tyrannized by foreign powers.
Not wanting to wait for Poland to recover from their war with the Teutons, the Emperor declared war.
Then something happened. The Burgundian King had too much to drink and keeled over, giving the Emperor the richest lands of Europe. If only I had waited a few more years, he said.
The war went as expected, for awhile. The Emperor rounded up his men and set for France. They got licked pretty good but managed to get back to Austria with the entire Franco-Polish Army on their tails. Then the Turks show up at Ostmarch and they whip them so hard that there wasn't any soldier left in all in France! The Emperor was thrilled and thought of giving up the goose but he couldn't stop when the going was good.
He whipped the English in Burgundy and they let him know after they had enough. Poland was on her knees and France was nowhere to be seen.
Then the Turks quit the war, leaving the Emperor 'holding the bag', if you will.
Now, a lot has been said about this horrible event. But my pappy who served in the Imperial Court told me that the Turkish Sultan wasn't too bright. He signed the treaty thinking only Poland would quit the game. But it turned out the treaty said the Ottomans had to give up too!
The Emperor couldn't believe his eyes when he heard the news. He went into a deep depression and took his anger out on any Muslim he found, which happened to be none but he didn't care.
Things went as one would predict. With his main ally gone, the Emperor tried his best to fight but was overwhelmed by the hordes of French. Within 2 years, it was all over.
The Emperor didn't leave his room for years. When the negotiators came, he just told them they could have all of it.
It would simply be more glorious when I get it back, he said.

One lost war (even a bad one like that) is nothing compared to a great power being allowed to eat up german minors while the emperor can just look on. You can be Germany-Poland-Lithuania in 100 years. And the emperor in 25.
So is there any other opposition to the next Sunday 17-22 game time?

Brandenburg is free and has 4 provinces and borders Poland and almost Denmark both hostile to it player nations. Take at your own risk.

If you want a German nation Bavaria might be a possibility, it's been blobbing pretty well. Though you will end up right next to Austria of course, but they might be preoccupied with other things for the time being.
