We should make sure no one is left in an area without at least one human enemy, otherwise some countries are pretty overpowered. I suggest we stick to euro countries as well (ottomans are euros... sorta. Also, I recommend hard so AI has some semblance of a fighting chance.

Yes I think that we need at least 3 colonial powers and a Russian nation only if we have Ottomans and vice versa.

So currently we have: 1. Le Blob. 2. Rus/Ottos. 3. Whatever. 4. Whatever.
