Been watching this dude for a year already. Great stuff and pretty much covers any tycoon related game monthly.

Whats the broad definition of "tycoon" games? Never really understood this classification and how it doesn't overlap with other genres like city builders for example.

The actual definition is a specific type of economic simulation and made by Chris Sawyer or Sid Meier and containing the word "Tycoon" in the name. But morans these days use it to mean basically any type of economic sim and any indie tard uses the word tycoon like nothing.

Right, city builders, bunker and God sims are really not tycoon games.

That said, I really like this kind of video. In a time when pure PC game/sims are almost dying out or becoming exclusively indie, people simlar interest will normally like the same games, and I really like to jump from video to the next and always discover new games that I might look at.
Also the guy does it very professionally, the videos are short enough and very focussed.

Godus Wars in Tycoon news?

Being shit is one thing. But generally goddus as god game sort of is in that gengre as it is mostly about managing your people.

Dudes often covers games from similar genres that sort of fit with duct tape into this "tycoon" news.

Yeah, watched couple of episodes and they look well made. Short, to the point and without lame attempts to insert his own personality into it.

The genre is not important. Nowadays I'd look at almost anything that is strongly gameplay driven and uses a PC control scheme.
As opposed to 99% of games which are either a) stupid shit or b)CGI pornos where you can't pick up a thing or do anything
