Yay, new business opportunity!
Make games where protagonist(s) die at the end... then sell extra DLCs to resurrect/deus ex them.
New industry standard is about to be born... now just watch'em.

If I'm right, she/he will be resurrected (once again, ekm... ME2) and she/he will have a Good News for the All (probably some ecologic/ecumenic/make love not war shi... that kind of stuff).

Ps. While angry mob arguing about she/he death, shows clearly they don't much care about story or character, wants only endless corridor shooters with their favorite alter-ego alive (forever), some of them, maybe learn something about importance of C&C, by any chance?

Nope. Biodrones choose what they choose, and then they choose what the consequences are. new meaning of C&C

Why give them a happy ending when you can sell it to them in a $15 DLC?

If I was BioWarEA I'd intentionally sabotage ME3 just so I could make a second trilogy.

SHEPARD'S STORY CONTINUES. MASS EFFECT 4.

I'd rather have them make Dragon Age Online. Guild Wars 2 killer.
copypasting my innovation ideas from BTE

1) Exclusive/microtransaction-accessible wife and husband races and skins

2) Instanced romance areas

3) Epic instanced romance areas that only elite players willing to work for the power of their love will be able to get to

3) Multiple tiers of partner-specific (and expansion specific) clothing, armor, colors, patterns and hairstyles that you have to unlock separately

4) On-demand additional companion npcs controlled by specialist DMs under a robust privacy agreement contract and base hourly fee

5) Eve's Incarna II system available as per-character premium service for detailed customisation of facial features of collected spouses, with microtransaction-exclusive options

5) Spouse auctioning, trading and farming

6) Limit of 5 Spouse slots per account, need another subscription for more.

im amazed how childish and spoiled you are...do you have any ideia what this will do if they change the ending?who will respect bio after that? i played i end it i didnt like it , so what??get over it grow up its a game, its their work not yours. nobody sell you the game at gun point lol im really sad for the gaming comunity a bunch of spoiled brats really. dont cave in bioware, not for this type of fans that only cheered for the team when they win, suddently the great journey until the end of the 3 doesnt matter. Ridiculous

how would that work exactly?

you grind affection points and use them to wear down their regenerating indecision

then you transfer them to noobs for IRL golds to twink their harem or barter say three barmaids for one professional escort or a rare wig drop

I'm sure ms hepler or our friend gaider can think of something there

I know it's fun to laugh at Biofags and their collective howling, but objectively as a gamer it doesn't bode well for the future(as if we needed any more decline from the mainstream) as it's really starting to look like a deliberate policy to just shit out some half-arsed ending in the knowledge that people will end up buying a 'new and improved!' ending soon after. I wouldn't be surprised if Bio looked at Beth's Fallout 3, the reaction and response and thought...hey, we can have some of that. Like this they get feedback on what ending the majority would like, put it in as DLC, everyone buys it and suddenly with tears of joy in their eyes at their benevolent masters actually listening to them, they forgive Bio for everything.

At this point that seems very likely. Just wait until Bioware manages to shit out a strangely fan-inspired DLC and the "We Retook Mass Effect! <3" banner signatures go up en masse on BSN.

Then the gaming media will be having a field day on how the committed, dedicated Bioware fans took control of their own DESTINY and made Bioware rewrite the ending and how this (and the success of Kickstarter) heralds a dawning of a new age where publishers and developers listen more to the fans, etc ad nauseam, praise for Bioware coming in on all sides for 'listening to their fans', possibly a big portion of the fanbase rewriting their memories and suddenly believing that Bioware planned this all along, and so on and so forth.

It would be funny if the process of becoming a Biodrone didn't appear to be so awkwardly similar to the Reaper indoctrination process.
Fuck, I need a drink.

:rpgcodex: and even More modern :codexisfor:2.0 was always more about :x and :troll: about turd games and :decline: than promotions of :obviously:.... Deal with it. And Hive mind seems to be all for that ME3 is

Comparable to DA2... Cheap attempt to slum dunk on popularity of ME2. 1/3 of the Companions from prequels 1/3 of Hubs and enemies being 50/50 Cerberous and Repears.... but they added twist making Cerberus all indoctrinated and powerful military force. So you fight all of the game the Husks in different skins. Brilliant.
