Not really.
It has good stages, but it's piss easy and it barely feels like a Hitman game. It's not as bad as Thiaf, but if you already have Contracts and Blood Money then you don't need Absolution.

For context, it has been on sale many times on different sites, since 2k makes sales every two months or so. There was also some sort of GotY edition when they resurrected Irrational, but it seems that's only for consoles.
The only good thing is that Bio2's DLC drama is over and you can buy it again on Steam.
