I'm looking at this and realizing that I haven't played any of these games and that I very likely won't ever play them.

That can't actually be the best graphics an iPhone can play Bioshock on... can it?

Why is Akham City on there and not Asylum? The other choices are just laughable aside from the decent Walking Dead CYOA games. My friend gave me that Metal Gear Solid and it was garbage even by PS3 standards. Gladly sold it.

Portal 2 was solid, but the list is a troll. Don't think too hard about it.

I thought it was sarcasm at first, but Red Dead Redemption is a legitimately good game - not just good for what it is - so maybe they're serious.

Same as all Rockstar games, nice atmosphere and great attention to detail in the world building, but completely banalshitboring moment-to-moment gameplay. Played RDR for a bit, liked the aforementioned good bits, but couldn't bear to slog through another popamole shooting gallery.

Red Dead was good for a few hours but like all sandbox games, it gets piss boring even trying to follow the main storyline.

Infinitron, why am I being quoted in this thread? Am I still a Games Journalist(TM)? :(

Also I don't see the problem, Far Cry 3 is a very fun if silly romp (got it during the Steam Summer Sale and only now got around to it), and Skyrim's soundtrack is quite nice and ambient - helps my brain focus on what I'm doing. Shrug!

That's fine that you think that, but tweeting about it - with hashtags, no less! - is a bit over the top, wouldn't you say?

What do you think about the Morrowind soundtrack?

Why? Aren't hash tags a thing people do on Twitter? I'm sorry, I'm so new to all this. :(

Fantastic, different vein than Skyrim's and more immediately memorable, puts me in a different mood.

Why speak of sea's comments when there is a nice gold vein right here?

shes drunk ...

and Larion disappoints me with every game they make, I am just not superficial enough ... because thats what old.sdcool most often stands for and hard/punishing difficulty is always a drag of content and the first form of

grind invented
...

Though I like Jess, I think she should quit the videos about turn based rpgs and strategy games. First and foremost these are not the most exciting of genres, even less interesting too. But also she's going to alienate a lot of console and action gamers like myself... So Jess - stay hot, but get back to the fun and modern. I 've lost count how many slightly dorky subjects Jess has vidded on...

Well, I'd be worried if one of my favorite posters on the Codex went mainstream.
