The problem with that is I don't think anyone would read it... at least not without some waste of genetic material sending me deaththreats because I played his favourite game wrongly or something.
I really never cared about that, guess it's why I have no problem making a book on RPGs and adding XCOM and Crusader Kings 2. Fuck teh haters. I'm behind 50 proxy a language and a continent where no one cares for cRPGs.

They should ask Matt Ward.
Lot of possibilites for raep franchise except everythins is noncanon.

Why not get Rhianna Pratchett to write Star Wars?
Because every other living creature is better writer than her, even George Lu[BLAM!]

So, for some reason the news about Total Biscuit being diagnosed with cancer has been posted in the SJW/WTE thread instead of here.

http://www.polygon.com/2014/5/23/5745966/totalbiscuit-cancer-diagnosed

Internet broadcaster and YouTube personality John "TotalBiscuit" Bain has been diagnosed with cancer, he revealed on Twitter today.

"[T]ook too long," Bain, who also goes by Cynical Brit and TotalHalibut, wrote. "It's full blown cancer. Starting chemo soon, then surgery. Doctors optimistic. Don't make my mistake. Get checked." Bain followed up with a tweet to say that it's "one of the more treatable forms and it's not too advanced yet." He also revealed in a subsequent tweetthat it was "missed on the first scope" because it was obscured by a mass.

"Plus side," he wrote, "small enough to be missed."

Bain revealed in an April 2014 YouTube video that doctors had discovered a "what is, right now, either a pre-cancerous or already cancerous mass" in his colon, which measured about 2 centimeters in diameter.

You can check out Bain's video content on Twitch and his YouTube channel, where he creates content six days a week, bills himself as "YouTube's #1 PC gaming critic" and has more than 1.6 million subscribers. You can also read Bain's reaction to the reported merger between Twitch and YouTube in a recent Polygon article and his thoughts on YouTube's copyright changes last year.

And actually this was known since last month but nobody noticed?

Video Commentator TotalBiscuit Gets Personal About Cancer

"If you were hoping to hear about video games..." he says, pausing for a moment. Comically gruesome gameplay footage of a doctor clumsily fiddling with a half-excavated chest cavity continues to run uninterrupted on the YouTube video. "Not today. I think that needed a video of its own, to explain there."P

The man talking is John Bain. At 29 years old, he's better known to the internet by a handful of online pseudonyms including "TotalBiscuit," "The Cynical Brit," and "TotalHalibut," the names he goes by when broadcasting his reflections and criticisms of video games on YouTube. With more than 1.6 million subscribers on the site, he's not the most popular video game personality out there, but his followers are so passionate they've been more than half-seriously described as a cult. P

Bain interrupted his regular programming this morning to deliver a brutally candid and touching statement about a battle he's not entirely sure he's waging against cancer. From the sound of it, he's been suffering from a number of "embarrassing" health problems for the last few months. The kinds of things that made sitting down at a desk for hours at a time or just going to the bathroom unbearably painful. But they're also not the kinds of things most men—particularly men in their late twenties—are eager to open up about.P

When he finally caved in and went to the doctor, they found "either a pre-cancerous or already cancerous mass" inside his colon.P

"Basically what I'm saying is: if I don't already have cancer, I will have cancer if this is not dealt with," Bain says in the video.P

He's using his popular YouTube channel to open up about the condition because, as he explains over the delightfully discordant footage Surgeon Simulator, he wants to help other people overcome their embarrassment about the condition and seek treatment for it while they still can.P

"I should have gone to the doctor pretty much immediately, but I didn't," he says at one point in the log. "I figured: it's embarrassing, it'll just go away on its own."P

"You know what?" he concludes. "I almost got myself killed."P

Watch the full video up above. Not only is this an admirable message for a popular online personality to help disseminate, but it's also a fascinating instance of a prolific and acclaimed Let's Player turning the camera back on himself in a provocative way. 1

Wait, the fuck? He's 29 years old? Guy looks and acts like he's fourty.
Playing games will make you look older and experienced:troll:

Also, chemo will definitely kill him, he needs to drink fresh fruit and vegetable juices and eat this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apricot_kernel.

I've been playing games my entire life and I look like a babby-faced skeleton. But then again, I guess I don't have the bald-by-twenty-five-and-fat-as-fuck genetics. I still find it surreal to imagine him as only maybe a year older than me, though. He just has that whole package of the voice, the balding head, the paunch of a forty-year-old, the whole nine yards.

Out of interest, where are you from? I think it about having an ear for accents. To me, he sounds like a 13 year old who's voice is breaking, and they are putting in a special voice to try and sound much older.

United States. Even accounting for lack of Britishness... I don't know. I've been to Britain. The guy just didn't strike me as near my age. Maybe being an irritating cunt is a universally aging phenomenon.

We US citizens have a well researched and documented bias towards thinking British accents are formal and mature compared to ours.
