It's a multiplayer sandbox. If you can't see any appeal in it, you're probably a bit special yourself. A different kind of special, but special all the same.

And I still remember my stepsister showing me Duke Nukem 3D and telling me that it is probably a good entry-level game. I guess it was the addition of CINEMATIC SCRIPTS that made it the hardcore genre that it is now.

:what:

What's wrong with those kids? Awor Szurkrarz, were you like that when you were 11?

when i was 11 most of such kids where hidden away from the general populace i guess, since i cant remember a single one of any kids (or any siblings of theirs) in my age i met being like that at all.

2nd kid: 'I just want to know, how many of you have autism?'
:D

I'm guessing this is what happens once you get a generation of kids that have grown up with 4chan and Codex.

Though the fact the fucking thing is listening carefully enough to what you say that it can pick up jumbled curse words is...not as funny. Soon enough it'll detect "HELP" when you say "I need help getting past this part, can you play with me" and send the police to your house.

To me, consoles have always been just a different thing, a platform with set standards to game on. I've ignored them because they're not so flexible as a standard PC when it comes to... well, everything. Recently they added "socializing" to them, but that hasn't changed my stance. Now they've gone one further by adding "spying". I'm reluctant to be in presence of one of these things. Fortunately I don't know anyone who owns one of the new consoles... yet.

I'm sorry, there is no other way to describe this. The latest generation of consoles is a total disgrace. You're not buying a game console, you're buying a intelligence-gathering machine into your own house.

I'm 100% certain that everyone who bought the new X-Box are morons, not quite so certain about the PS4 buyers.

I remember a few days ago I read somewhere an article commenting about some Xbox One user being banned from Xbox Live, because he dared to swear in a private conversation. Yep, no-one could report him for doing that... Except the machine itself. It seems 1984's telescreens could become a reality someday.
