At first I thought...hmm surely this will have some relation to some puzzle later on. Then I finally realized he was a fucking idiot. Great stuff.Talking to the philosopher in Ganazzar and listening to his theories about the numerical relation between Gods and Demons.
Yeah, he's still a loon.It has some relation with the real thing:

Four Demons:
- Balzaar (aka Baal-Zurath, aka Baalzurath)
- Ynghaanshungge (aka Yuan-Shagga, aka Shuun-ae the Shining-Serpent)
- Xenorath (aka Ull-Xerath)
- Accursed One.
Three Gods:
- Agathoth (aka Thor-Agoth the Artificer, aka Thoragoth, aka Tor-Agathoth, aka Tor-Agoth, aka Tor-Athagoth)
- Athazor (aka Gla'ath-Zor the Dreamer, aka Galath-Athazor)
- Bar-Hathor the Flamewalker
All this is more or less correct lore-wise
I don't think I missed the point, really. I understand this but I call these people loons anyway. You are missing the point, my man. He obviously has a quack numerical theory with passing resemblance to pre-socratic mysticism to explain the stories of the Gods and Demons, but he has followers and apparently seems well off in-game, making a living talking out of his ass to impressionable Ganazzar folks near the Temple, as the Greeks sages of yore not what I'd call some loon.
Now excuse me, you are spoiling one of my best moments in aod
