Like I've said before, I think the game is fun, but the server issues are a pretty big shit stain on the launch. In a few weeks it probably won't happen anymore, and everyone will magically forget about it. That's not to say that the game doesn't have other issues that need to be looked at (item system).

On the contrary, the game is fairly difficult once you move on to the higher difficulties. Unfortunately, the way the increased difficulty is implemented is not very well designed.

But it's a really fun and entertaining game. The bullshit with server connectivity, and now security, is bullshit, don't get me wrong, but the game itself is a blast to play. And isn't that ultimately why we play games? To have fun? Oh wait, I'm on the Codex: we play games so that we can masturbate over how monocle the mechanics are in the abstract. Seriously guys, if you just play games to show off how monocle you are, why spend your time playing games? Why not spend your time with an actual "serious" hobby like philosophy or classic literature? At least then you'll be less of a bore at a party.

Act 2 inferno is pretty fucking retarded, only viable tactic seems to be to throw dots and run around for 5 minutes, so difficult and hardcore xD.

On a side note, I'm in A2 Hell mode and the game is quite challenging. I'm enjoying the difficult encounters and the lust for loot.

One thing I just noted, that shows perfectly how Blizard rushed some stuff out: The first quest in the game, to kill the Wretched Mothers, has a sub-objective, giving you more XP if you kill 3 of them...and nowhere in the game you'll find another bonus mission like that...

Is that so? I remember seeing another one in the game, also near the start, but I can't recall what. Or maybe I mistake it for another objective for an achievement. Whatever the case, it doesn't really impact the game much.

They probably redid the beta areas multiple times, but never bothered reworking the structure of the rest of the game since it wasn't part of their big marketing beta push.

Getting people to safety at the end of a2 is something like that.
