    Looks like a fake poster from DeviantArt or something to me. American Revolution wouldn't be the best setting, since even the more major cities in America at the time were quite small. But yeah, I doubt the poster is real.

    Ezio and Altair are on different sides of Desmond's family so it could be either relative there. In any case the Native American's descendant could have a child with either of Ezio or Altair's descendants who migrated to America later on.
