There are screens of my ex-fan project: Fallout D20.

All that I did alone at my free-time (with a little help of freelancers I hired by my own money). Game Mechanic: DnD20. Game Engine: Electron Engine. I wanted to make a dedicated server in Van Buren world (original Fallout 3). The list of done was large (story, locations, 3d animation and modeling, mapping etc.) some of them you can see on the screens below.

I've post it to give you a thought if all of that was done by sole man free, then how the chances of making excellent rpg by involving resources through Kickstarter or smth. are...

NO MMO. Single. But free dedicated servers are possible like PW in NWN.

We did with several developers. But i didn't like results, so I fired them. Now I choose a new team.

Anyway, guys, I would like to remember that I do this for myself as a hobby. And I think it's better to do smth. than talk about smth.
