    Every once in a while, something comes along that is really something different. Something bold, innovative, unique. A project that really inspires you, grabs you by the balls and squeezes. Hard. That's the way it was when we heard about Project: Ungame. It's got a fundraiser for $50k on RocketHub (like KickStarter only less prestigious) going right now.

    Here's the low-down:

    My aim with this project is too be very organic and random.

    "My game features inverted dimensions and slow moving shit demons."
    "Everyfigment of your imagination will turn to piles of trash."
    "Your boots will be filled with wall paint."
    "Stairs will trample on you like a millipede runaway train."

    Rarely is there a week that goes by that don't I regret spreading my talent across different games .

    To my fans: I am making a game so do not worry about it being just an art gallery portal.

    With the money I will purchase Unity3D. I can do both content creation and the scripting on my own and the Unity3D tools is great at handling both areas. Perfect fit for me!

    Any additional funds will go into gag items and unique gameplay maps which may not necessarily be themed toward the rest of the game.

    But if I were to reach something as high as 100,000 USD I will let the community pick which of my ideas for me to implement. (Iam talking quite a considerable content boost)

    Yes, this is serious. You can even checkout the demo. NOTE: I have not yet checked out the demo.

    They've even posted a picture update via twitter.

    When I saw this face I immediately thought: "This is a guy worth supporting". I immediately thought: "I trust him, I should donate." I mean, I didn't donate, but I thought I should. Perhaps I will.

    Compare that to the new picture. The new picture looks sad. It lacks the same enthusiasm as before.
