Hi Codexer,

Just a quick question : I’have done Arcanum several time. I would like to know if an another game bring us the same freedom of character build (in term of personality, and roleplay). You know… the summer, the need to discover new things blablabla.

I’have already done morrowind, BG1, BG2, Avadon 1, NWN 1, KOTOR 1, Pillars of eternity 1. Need new shit plz.

Best regards,
Molina

As mentioned, VtM: Bloodlines is made by the same people as Fallout and Arcanum, and it's like what Elder Scrolls games would be if made by people with talent and taste.

Of the newer isometric games, only Tyranny compares. While not without its flaws, it's far better than PoE and I would rate it alongside Arcanum on sheer quality.

Fallout, Fallout 2 and Arcanum are in a league of their own. Based on what I've heard, Age of Decadence seems like the next best game to play, but even so it's still considerably different in how it plays.

Thank you for the beautiful games you have done, some of them are considered classics here. I wish you did a better job with NWN, KOTOR and POE, though.
