Microsoft had objectively the best conference in terms of pacing and delivery. They don't have much in the way of exclusives, but that's good. Exclusives are cancer. Everything released on the Bone should also be released on PC.

Not really. They do suck in theory but they also give you a reason to buy the One which there...isn't really one.

They have to give you a reason to buy their games first and foremost, as well as deliver a presentation that a normal human being could reasonably sit through. Bethesda and EA and Sony and Square all failed at doing this.

You seem to think that E3 is done for the sake of the customers but in reality it is done for the sake of any potential investors and shareholders. They don't need to hype up the plebs.

Seems to me that it is done as an excuse for a circle jerk.

I think it is rather clear that the most focused well put together press conference was EAs. We know exactly what we are getting from them and why we shouldn't worry about wasting our money.

Was hoping for a more Deus Ex aesthetic from cyberpunk. So far it looks like brazil 2100 as imagined by a teen that has just read neuromancer.

If a teen is reading instead of clicking on a smart device I approve. They clearly went this route due to 80's being in style.

Well, I mean, the new Fallout is apparently an online multiplayer only game, but the Bethesda network of studios was still the one that had the most single player stuff to show.
And you can't compare Bethesda, who are a few developers under one flag, to big platforms like Sony or Microsoft. At any rate, Bethesda showed more than fucking Valve did, the old PC champion.

Valve will just keep milking steam, they don't even make games anymore.
