Who are these butthurt moguls? Looks like two or three people have 50k butthurt ratings in their hidden profiles just between themselves which threw me off for example. Just like Crispy has 19k fabulously gay just for herself.

Usually they're the types of people who have huge ignore lists and hide their profiles because, well, they're extremely butthurt all the time. I can think of a few likely candidates.

The thing about rating is that when you want to mark someone or their post positively then you feel free to be completely accurate and honest to your own opinion. However, when it comes to rating someone or their post negatively the rating will rarely ever be either correct of accurate. The prime example above is obviously Agree vs Disagree. Agree is obvious, but disagree has been completely carved up by Shit, Retarded, Butthurt, Disagree & etc. Likewise, Decline will also be split between Shit, Retarded, Hopw and all the other more negative options.

If someone posts a screen of something funny in Fallout = Funny rating
posts a screen of defeating a hard enemy = Salute
posts a screen of an obscure game = Prestigious
Posts a decent review of a game = Brofist
posts a commonly held opinion about a game = agree

but

Posts something unusual/expected about a game = Prosper, bad spelling, shit, butthurt, retarded, disagree, decline & all ect to say the same thing.

Because people can't just disagree with something. If you disagree with something, you have to specify WHY you disagree with something, and that usually comes in one of the other more insulting options, or an actual written rebuttal. This is why I don't tend to use negative-rating buttons on posts, because if I don't like what you've said, I'm going to post a rebuttal about it, not just leave a random icon, which shows little to no thought.
