Which are the true, only Xcom-like games in history?

I mean, usually turn-based games are called Xcom-like but they are not because they are quite different, for example 4x games or pure tactical ones like Invisible inc or Silent storm and Battle Bros.

Which are the true Xcom-like games in history?

They should have:

-Both strategic Real-time and tactical turn based layer

-A base management.

-A world map for planning operation.

The closest thing to the formula are Jagged Alliance 2 and the next Phoenix Point. Any else?

Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
UFO:Extraterrestrial
The lack of Geoscape in Invisible Inc is a tragedy indeed.

JA 2 may match some of your points, but it is very far away from XCOM:
No research,
no base management (training militias don't make up for it)
limited roster

It is great in its own right, but that does not make it a true X-COM game at all:
The RT UFO-After-something would be closer to the "true X-COM" than JA2 on a lot of points.
Even Age of Wonders:SM matches more points on your list than JA2 (except for not being a 4X, and having a RT geoscape), but it could hardly be considered a X-COM game.

Xcom Apocalypse. Come people don't consider it a real XCom, but there you go.

But if you want strategic level maps with tactical combat maps, try Master of Magic from Microprose.

As have been already said but needs to be emphasised even more. Jagged Alliance 2 has very little in common with this formula. You might as well pick any game with tactical turn-based combat where each unit = 1 man AT RANDOM and it probably will have at least as much in common with X-Com as JA2 does, possibly more.

X-COM: Ufo Defense
X-COM: Terror from the Deep
X-COM: Apocalypse

That’s it, there are no similar games.

Battle Brothers lacks proper base management, but other than that I'd give it a shot.
