REJOICE BROTHERS

Ahem, I assume they'll be good goys and not have pre ordering, but I wonder if the price tag will be 15 or 20$. That and I hope they give copies to influencers for them to lose their shit at it :D

Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
I'm also pretty interested in this game as I was looking for my "filler" game, as in a game that I can play in small intervals :D

For me FTL is easily one of the best games ever made. Damn right I'm super excited by their next project.

Also, took them a fucking while, jesus.

FTL was awesome indeed AND fulfilled my wish for such "filler" games. A session could be like an hour and be fulfilling and interesting all the way through. Currently my time availability is low and I appreciate such games a lot

Any word on the expected price of this game?

BTW, there is some info about ITB in this podcast interview with Chris Avellone (towards the end). I like the concept of time travel integrated into the roguelite mechanics.

there is much less hype for this game than I anticipated.
Why there should be hype?

However groundbreaking fresh FTL was: it was still relatively simplistic game from dudes that might have just stumbled into that concept by accident.
One hit wonders happen.

This is form a guy that think that FTL has been the most innovative game of 2010's (so far).
Darn thing practically started its own sub-genre.

FTL retreaded a lot of fairly familiar ground, it just found a neat way to repackage it so to speak. Nihil sub sole novum.
