One thing I've always wondered: why is Brofist the 3rd button? Were they alphabetical at some point? I always felt like Brofist should be option #1 as it is the basic currency of "responding without responding".

Also reported button would be needed, when you'd want to report someone (in jest or serious, no matter) but there is not quite enough reason.

I'm kind of surprised there's no IBTL button or an appropriate Codex equivalent. Then again, maybe it's better that there isn't.
