Weapons/armor are level/stat blocked. Even if you find something cool early, you have to grind xp to use it. Shame.

I don't mind that so much. If you don't have any requirements, you may get a strong weapon early on and then never get a better one until you are in the endgame, that's kinda lame. And it's not as retarded as in the Witcher 3, where you have to meet some arbitrary level requirement. It sucks in W3, because there is nothing you can do but grind up to the level, there is no decision making and it's kind off too smooth, you never feel a lot stronger than before. The way Gothic and Elex do it you get several strong powerups and you have some additional strategic choice in how you level your character - do you want to wield the new sword sooner or do you want to learn some other skill? Or you can chug some perma-potion to get there. It's much better like that, because you have some degree of control.

So how these kind of game goes? Never played a Piranha Bytes game before...

Besides obvious things like open world, like no enemy scaling? Multiple factions to choose from and quests with multiple solutions? Choices with hard consequences that directly affects the world you're playing in?

No level scalling so at least it's not like mainstream RPGs released today, that's pretty risky, so i guess they know which audience they want to target and profit from. Might be a good thing, and the game without level scalling has hopes to be good.

The main audience for this game will be Piranha Bytes fans who have at least played Risen 2 or 3 before, and no Piranha Bytes game has ever had level scaling.

Can you explain me about what are they talking about? Is it because they have only experience with city women, or are they talking about something else?

Tis a joke. All PB games have really ugly, manly looking women. They're keeping the tradition alive.

Also, all PB games have no level scaling, that and you can usually complete most quests just by exploring and without triggering them from a quest giver. Makes exploration pretty fun.

Oh yeah, she was actually well done for a change.

Makes you wonder why they make every other woman in their game look like ass. They should learn from Witcher.
