oh, recently released operation abyss and operation babel they recently got PC ports but they're not that good, only worth playing after having finished all other blobbers.

The Quest isn't real time, the combat is just very basic.
Everything in that game is very basic tbh, not just the combat. One of my biggest disappointments.
Indeed. Though to be fair, it was made for Pocket PCs and then ported to mobile and then back to regular PC. It was never intended to be complex to begin with, they were just inspired by relatively complex games.

I don't think it's bad, just not very good. I enjoyed the time I spent with it, especially the card game.
