All the explanation you need:

Indeed, it does explain a lot when compared to, say:

Nope, I don't need to be nailed down under my own weight to play a low-res low-fidelity game that is basically a series of menus which require straightforward input and interaction (not meant to be a measure of its quality). It's not like playing isometric or 3D perspective games, after all.

You should stick to your straightforward JRPG faggotry then - there are about a hundred things that Cleve needs to do, but a tablet version of Grimoire is not one of them.

Grimoire is a game with straightforward input that would work wonderfully well with a tablet and I would love to be able to play it more that way, instead of having to stick into my chair for something good that requires such simple interactions (that is a good thing) to stick into a chair. Whatever your beef with JRPGs, it has got nothing to do with this fact.

And a tablet version is not even something that Cleve could possibly do, so why the butthurt? Snowflakes get triggered over wishful thinking of others.

Since the game's interface is almost completely mouse driven, if you have a Microsoft Surface or equivalent, you can practically already do that.

However, I'm not sure if it would sell on tablet enough for Cleve to bother porting it over, especially with all the other stuff he's doing.
