Likely some "activist" reported Grimoire as a virus to their antivirus software. This can lead to the file being reported as a virus by others later on.

Of course you are being watched, as we all are, and we all know the eyes that gaze upon us from the shadows of our nightmares: The Elf! The foul enemy of all that is good and right watches us eternally, he waits, he schemes, and at the very moment of your greatest weakness he will pounce. With lying tongue and devious logic he will try to seduce you to his degenerate ideology, and it will seem harmless, it will seem easy, it will seem innocent but for the quiet crying of your soul as it witnesses you being tricked into damnation.

STEEL YOURSELF! First harden your body, mind and soul against the interloper, glory in your strength and humanity. Next place your trust in the wolfbrother, he will guard you in eternal faithfulness as the ancient pact demands. Finally embrace iron as your friend for it is sure anathema to the huldur folk, and will drive their influence from your door.

The abyss of the inhuman is endless and it takes but one slip to fall into their clutches, beware, be alert, behave.

I'm pretty sure that one of the superdemo versions used to get flagged as malware too. Memory is a bit fuzzy on that though.

In the face of Dark portents such as these, read ye well the Elfslayer chronicles, and steel thyself to trounce the hated foe most thoroughly and utterly. Not a wind can carry word of the Fair folk once they are dead.
