IW is in no way better than HR. Only the try-hardiest of the try-hard edge lords would say that to mindlessly bash newer games. I'm not saying HR is some kind of masterpiece but the console limitations of IW resulting in laughably horrible level design will always relegate it to the bottom of the rankings. Also -- and I might be remembering this incorrectly -- there is no experience? It's all simply cash you get doing missions and then you buy augs with cash? Something odd that felt extremely jarring compared to the original and even HR.
