Lol, people saying to "seek legal advice" when he lives in Croatia and the thief lives in Canada, for a game that has made $1000 in revenue. Yeah, sure.

It always happens with contract work done from a distance. When you can't physically go up to the guy or company and demand to be paid, they'll pull every excuse in the book not to pay.

The only thing to do is what he did exactly, show everyone that he is a scammer.

The game made more than $1000 in revenue if you read the article. He requested payments (of $500) for each $1000 of revenue, of which we can assume was hit multiple times according to the verbiage of the article. His first check was $1100 though.
