Speaking of ignored users. Sometimes I get a message saying there is ignored content by Anthony Davis and nuxcom. If I click then nothing shows. Occasionally I get other false positives but it's generally those two.
Solution: Don't ignore people no matter how inane their posts are. That way, you won't lose the context of other posts and won't have these glitches.

Also, this problem is fixed for me by switching to Chrome, which I don't want to do, but it was noticeably faster when we got rid of the button parade for a few days.

I have to ignore most of them because of the fucking alert shit. I will get literally 50 alerts of retards spamming me with ratings if I don't, which drowns out all of my real alerts. And I don't like chrome.

Seems like it shoould be easy to fix this issue I mean how complicated can the code be, but whatever.
Disable notifications for alerts in your preferences. If you feel egotistical you can always click on the page that shows your recently received ratings.

And yes, most of the problems here are caused by AdBlock. Turns out if you block certain scripts, shit doesn't work. I mean go figure. Especially when it's the Javascript intensive rich text editor that you're using. Switch to the non-rich text editor.

I don't have adblock on though, and I have all scripts enabled that come from RPG Codex in NoScript. I guess it could be an extension issue but I don't really see how.

But I can understand why you don't give a fuck, I would not want to spend much time on it either.

I'll test out and see if "clean" mozilla works though.

It's a feature to better emulate the turn-based nature of the Codex.

You could get rid of all the completely unnecessary bloatware and task Taluntain with purging intrusive ads, you daft fucking kangaroo. Look at this embarrassing crap:

As if anyone on the Codex even has a job that would necessitate business cards... oh, right, those ads are targeted at me. Thanks, Jewgle.

Besides, what kind of Admin would I be if I cared about your user experience?

The kind who's too poor to run a website without a bunch of ads, apparently. Not to worry, you've got plenty of company.

I would've given you a brofist for this out of pity but begging won't help you.

Pfft, people complaining about ads can just donate to turn them off.

Do you use a adblocker mondblut? If so, try disabling it for the Codex, and see if that works.

I'll rather switch to the non-rich text editor :smug:

This actually speeds up typing tremendously, yay.

Didn't anyone teach you never to bargain with blackmailers? They will always demand more.
