The plan was to have the FPS module launched way before the Persistence Universe alpha would come online.
But because the FPS module was delayed numerous times, the PU launch date caught and integrated the FPS module. And still the FPS module is not complete due to numerous animations needed, the zero G simulation involved and Roberts's obsessions.

So there are retards on both sides of the camp: slags that delve in half truths and ignorance/sensationalism and rabid imbeciles that excel in apologism.

I played the latest patch with the spacestations and long distance flight. Didnt hold my interest beyond the novelty factor. I mean its nice that they've made progress fitting the bits together without crashing the servers but its so unpolished and far from completion you can imagine a small studio achieving the same by keeping it simple.

How many modules are in development?

Planetside/MMO, FPS, Single Player, Dogfighting. But yea they have been mixing them together so only single player is really separate at this point.
