Improve thread title readability in tabs?

So right now the title for pages looks like this: The Codex Forums :: View Topic - <topic name> -

When viewing many threads in many tabs, this makes it impossible to locate topics by name. I've included a screenshot of what I'm talking about, and an example from another forum where the topic title comes before the name of the forum. The "View Topic" is unneeded and should probably be removed entirely. I'm requesting that when viewing forum topics, the page title should read: <topic name> - The RPGCodex -

That good enough?

It's actually something I've done in the past but usually gets over-written whenever an upgrade happens (as it means editing the code, not just the template).
