Wasteland Wasteland 3 + Battle of Steeltown and Cult of the Holy Detonation Expansions Thread

Fargo never changes. Can't wait for 2030 when he's coming back to Kickstarter making fun of consoles and begging for money from his "fellow PC gamers" to revive real RPGs.

Preview The Outer Worlds: Peril on Gorgon Previews and Gameplay Footage

How can Obshitian be so bad at character design? You'd think after failing over and over again (the nightmares in NWN2 will never be forgotten) you'd think they'd hire some actual artists instead of the blue-hair brigade. But then again, it's not like they care about other departments either...

Pharaoh: A New Era - remake of 1999 city builder

Missing details on the walls? It's quite weird, otherwise the graphics are quite detailed and faithful, saved for the lighting/contrast thing. Well, and the somewhat chibi looking people. Maybe not all assets were complete when they took those screenshots?

Pharaoh: A New Era - remake of 1999 city builder

They needed road access, but not access to a firepost. Well, the firepost would be for the house, I guess. However, you can get worker access to them in more elegant ways and figuring out ways to avoid huts was part of the fun. Or just build a tiny village around there with a couple of...

Pharaoh: A New Era - remake of 1999 city builder

UI is decent enough. You had everything you needed available in a couple of clicks. Remember that if these are the people that made Lethis they did a horrendous job there with the UI. And they think they had to change the Pharaoh UI. Well, totally wasn't expecting change for the sake...

Pharaoh: A New Era - remake of 1999 city builder

Zeus is boring as fuck. Easily the worst of the series. I don't remember if Poseidon is better, but the Zeus mechanics are really dumbed down so most likely not.

Pharaoh: A New Era - remake of 1999 city builder

Isn't it more likely that they were hired as a sweatshop? Whichever it is, hopefully they know how to copy paste and it won't end up with the shit UI and broken English of Lethis. Although these days it's way more likely that they'll just change what simply doesn't need to be changed just so...

Wasteland Wasteland 3 Pre-Release Thread [GO TO NEW THREAD]

inXile and writing. This is the same studio that still uses "for what felt like an eternity" and made at least two games (W2 and Numanuma) which are split into two halves separated by traveling in some flying device. "Generic garbage" is being too kind when talking about inXile.

Pharaoh: A New Era - remake of 1999 city builder

Huh, at first glance it doesn't seem to be decline. Kids will cry if they don't add an option for global workforce, though.

    The Betrayer in our Midst

Shitspy being a shitty weasel again. In a couple of days he'll come out and say how he actually was a hero. He also saved Realms Beyond, did you know?
