It was pretty good, I liked it. I'm not sure why people were complaining about a 'sewer' part of the game, I didn't find any problems with much of anything (though I did play the unofficial patch version). I like the lore and the characters were pretty interesting. The combat sure could use some improvement, but I've played games with worse systems.

Finished my seventh playthrough of Vamprire: The Masquerade Bloodlines

When the game first came out, it was a mess. Extremely, extremely buggy. The sewers just added to the disappointment and were also buggy. It was like, "Ok, I waited for a Troika game and instead I got hours of buggy FPS/RPG and now I'm playing through the FPS equivalent of the Black Mountain Clan mines."


But with all the bugs fixed, it's ok.

Prince of Persia The Sands of Time was a great game.

The early Splinter Cell games were the best. Splinter Cell's spy vs mercenary multiplayer was a major innovation for the stealth genre.

Yeah. Stuff sounds different simply because local patterns evolved from different mix of european/african/ameridian accents and dialects that existed in that particular area.

That said, media does try to erase accent here with that generic tv presenter accent. Even local media does, which is funny/sad

It is wrong when I find out that a big chunk of the contry is talking differently because some german/italians faggotry influenced our noble language. I feel dirty, but I lack knowledge so far to make the change... for now. Also I would sound like a northeasterner.

Even if only portuguese TBS, people different regions of portugal had different patterns, and they brought people from nearby places too.

It sounds far better to me. But I'm biased.
Brazilian or Portuguese Portuguese? Brazilian portuguese is the best. Portuguese from Portugal sounds funny. Brazilian portuguese is a delicious mix of 1500s archaic portuguese + tupi with african seasoning.

Also, once I learn all there is to portuguese, I will be able to create my own languages and dialects on the fly!
