The Elder Scrolls site has a blurb about them needing what amounts to a level designer on a more grand scale:

World Artist Position

Design, create, and build worlds for future Elder Scrolls products. Includes concept art, creation of objects, and building of game areas. Candidate should have:

Excellent fine art skills (sketch work and/or 3D concept work).
Excellent modeling and texturing skills.
Experience with 3D Studio Max and Photoshop.
Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Arts, or 3D Design a plus.
Knowledge of Role Playing games and The Elder Scrolls a plus.
Game industry experience a plus.
Email resume and work samples (web links preferred) to hr@bethsoft.com with a subject of "World Art Position."
