RPGVault have posted a review of Tribunal. There's no rating, but the review is generally pretty positive.

"The Elder Scrolls III: Tribunal is highly recommended. If you loved the original, it gives you a great reason to revisit the Tamrielic Empire and the province of Morrowind. Discover the fate and plots of the other members of the Tribunal, Almalexia and Sotha-Sil, search for new loot and weapons to equip on your character, battle the cool new monsters, and finally, consult the journal again. But to get the full impact of this expansion to what may be regarded as one of the best CRPGs of all time, you had better be ready and willing to face some epic encounters and challenges."

I think I'll leave it a while before I get my copy....I've still got an amazing amount of play left in Morrowind....
