Here is another trendy audio interview, featuring Pete Hines, aka The Smooth Talker:

Gaming Steve: Let's get to a few other quick things that Bethesda is working on. Because you guys are doing two of the greatest licenses of all time. Fallout 3, which I know everyone is so excited about.
Pete Hines: As are we.
GS: Anything we're going to see? Are we going to see something at E3 maybe?
PH: Nope.
GS: Nope?
PH: Nope.
GS: Nothing...?
PH: Mum's the word for a while. We don't believe in...y'know, if we had our choice we probably wouldn't have said anything about it yet. You know, much like Oblivion were we didn't...y'know, we had been working on it for quite a while before we ever said "hey, here's what we're doing and here's some screenshots." like this with a game of psych, y'know, here's...So, y'know, we're treating Fallout with the same sort of...with the same sort of approach that, y'know, this is our franchise and we're acting as if, y'know, we made the first two games, like this is, y'know, we spend a certain amount of time, we spent a lot of effort in pre-production and in making sure we know how systems work and we're not in a hurry to just quick get this game out the door, like, it needs the appropriate amount of time and attention and once we get it to a point where we have some things we could show and show folks what we're up to, we'll certainly let everybody know, but that time is not now.
Spending time making sure you know how the systems work? Uhm, ok, just make sure you also spend time, y'know, like, making sure you don't fuck up the game's world.*
