IGN has a little article/preview about Fable: the Lost Chapters. It basically covers the differences between the original release and the XBox version. In other words, it's basically a why ports can rule type thing. Anyway:

Then you'll have your three contextual actions mapped to the Function keys, and other primary actions mapped to the number keys. Just hit the Tab key to interact with people, hold down the right mouse button to sprint (when your bow isn't active), and you have pretty much all you'll need to make your way through the game. When moving through menus, you can right-click to go back a step, which is quite handy. And if none of this suits you, it's all remappable. What's not to like? You can also press H to get a close-up of your hero as he gets new gear, becomes evil or good, and grows older throughout the game. The interface looks and behaves about the same, but being able to navigate it with a mouse and keyboard is much quicker.
What's not to like? That depends on how they make the interface work. It's all good and fine to have keyboard mappings and such. If the interface still works within the limitations of the console game's interface, I doubt I'd like it much.
