Slim, whom I know nothing about other than he's some grunt working for Atari, has posted what's fixed by the second patch for Temple of Elemental Evil. I would cut and paste some of it, but there's a hell of a lot and it's really just best if you check it out on your own.

Man, there's a lot that Steve Moret's done. Much, much more than the multiplayer patch for Arcanum.
