There's a review of Sacred over at AVault that's fairly positive despite problems with the title such as broken quests, the click and hold attack not always working, and other such problems they mention. They end up giving it a 3.5 stars out of five and describe it as a fantastic title. Here's a clip:

There’s no AI to speak of as far as your avatar is concerned. Even if you’re under attack, there’s no automatic reaction. This works out for the best in some ways, though, as the models tend to get caught on the backgrounds an awful lot. In fact, the most frustrating thing about Sacred, more so than the broken quests, is the constant doubling back and running around you’ll do as you attempt to find a way to your destination that isn’t blocked by a few trees or a rock.

Actually, there is pathfinding built in that works quite well if you click where you want to be instead of using the click and hold movement method. No automatic reaction is fine by me, it just means I have control.
