The general consensus on the web is that Temple of Elemental Evil has gone gold - although Atari has not sent out an official press release. The game would need to have gone to manufacturing this week for Atari to meet its Sept. 23 street date. The publisher is notoriously reluctant to send out press releases regarding the gold status of its games - preferring to let the communities know closer to the street date. Developer Troika's Temple of Elemental Evil features a party-based single-player campaign and a faithful translation of the latest 3rd Edition rules.
